We are a private home care agency aiming to provide elderly, frail or disabled clients with the means necessary to remain in their own homes.

Elderly clients often believe that the only option they have is that of long term residential or nursing home care. Provincial Care offers them the chance to maintain as independent a lifestyle as possible, for as long as possible. We work in conjunction with family members and other health care professionals to ensure the most reliable and supportive of care packages.

Our care workers are carefully assigned to clients on the basis of their caring personalities and relevant experience. They fully appreciate the problems faced by older people living at home. This level of care is enhanced by our comprehensive ongoing staff training. As well as receiving regular practical training sessions, our staff have the opportunity to learn more about specific conditions from which their clients may suffer, such as:

Dementia, Parkinsons Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy etc.

As we appreciate that each client is an individual, this is reflected in our staff training and specific instruction is provided by our care manager where necessary.

It is equally important that our care workers recognise the wishes of the client, treating them with dignity and respect. A personal introduction can be arranged between the client and the care worker, prior to the commencement of care, if the client so desires.

Provincial Care workers are easily recognised by their smart uniforms and their identity cards, which they carry at all times.

We operate a 24 hour back up service with a trained nurse available to deal with any emergencies. The 24 hour back up service means that nobody need ever be left unattended.
